Article 1. Purpose
These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") are
intended to regulate the rights, obligations, and responsibilities
between YIYOL (hereinafter referred to as "Company") and users
regarding the use of the TouchDown Alarm mobile application
service (hereinafter referred to as "Service") provided by the
Company.
Article 2. Definitions
The definitions of terms used in these Terms are as follows:

"Service" means the TouchDown Alarm mobile
application and all related services provided by the Company.

"User" means a person who downloads and uses
the Service in accordance with these Terms.

"Account" means the user identification set up
by the User to use the Service.

"Location Information" means information that
can identify the geographical location of a user or mobile
device.

"Content" means all information such as text,
images, videos, audio, and data that appears in the Service.
Article 3. Agreement and Amendment of Terms
3.1 Agreement to Terms
Users are deemed to have agreed to these Terms by downloading and
using the Service. The Company may require users to explicitly
agree to these Terms when necessary.
3.2 Amendment of Terms
The Company may amend these Terms when there are significant
reasons. Amended Terms will be notified through the Service or the
Company's website at least 7 days before the effective date.
If a User does not agree to the amended Terms, they may
discontinue using the Service. Continued use of the Service after
the effective date of the amended Terms will be deemed as
acceptance of the amended Terms.
Article 4. Service Provision and Changes
4.1 Service Content
The Company provides the following services:
- Location-based alarm service
- Alarm management and settings
- Usage statistics and analysis
- Customer support
- Other services determined by the Company
4.2 Service Changes
The Company may change, suspend, or terminate all or part of the
Service for operational or technical reasons. Important changes
will be notified to Users in advance.
Article 5. User Registration and Account Management
5.1 User Registration
The Service can be used without separate user registration.
However, some features may require user registration or login.
5.2 Account Management
Users are responsible for managing their accounts and must not
share account information with others. The Company is not liable
for damages caused by account mismanagement.
Article 6. Collection and Use of Location Information
Important: This service essentially requires
location information to provide location-based alarm
functionality.
6.1 Collection of Location Information
The Company collects Users' location information for the following
purposes:

Verification of arrival at destination for alarm dismissal

Distance calculation between current location and destination
- Location-based alarm service provision
6.2 Use and Protection of Location Information
Location information is used only for the purposes stated above
and is not stored or shared with third parties. Location
information is immediately deleted after use.
6.3 Consent to Location Information Collection
Users must consent to location information collection to use the
Service. Users may withdraw consent at any time, but this may
limit service functionality.
Article 7. User Obligations
Users must observe the following obligations:
- Provide accurate information when using the Service
- Not use the Service for illegal or improper purposes

Not infringe on the rights of the Company or third parties
- Not interfere with the stable operation of the Service
- Comply with relevant laws and these Terms
- Properly manage personal information and account security
Article 8. Company Obligations
8.1 Service Provision
The Company shall make continuous efforts to provide stable and
reliable services to Users.
8.2 Personal Information Protection
The Company shall protect Users' personal information in
accordance with relevant laws and the Privacy Policy.
8.3 User Support
The Company shall provide appropriate support for Users' inquiries
and issues related to service use.
Article 9. Service Interruption
9.1 Temporary Interruption
The Company may temporarily interrupt the Service in the following
cases:
- System maintenance or updates
- Network or equipment failures
- Force majeure events
- Other unavoidable circumstances
9.2 Notification of Interruption
The Company shall notify Users in advance of planned service
interruptions. However, advance notification may not be possible
in emergency situations.
Article 10. Intellectual Property Rights
10.1 Company's Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights related to the Service, including
copyrights, trademark rights, and patent rights, belong to the
Company.
10.2 User's Rights
Users may use the Service within the scope permitted by these
Terms, but may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially use the
Service without the Company's consent.
Article 11. Limitation of Liability
11.1 Company's Liability
The Company shall not be liable for damages to Users in the
following cases:
- Service interruption due to force majeure
- Damages caused by User's fault or negligence
- Damages caused by third parties
- Damages caused by free services
11.2 Limitation of Damages
Even when the Company is liable, the scope of liability is limited
to direct damages, and the Company shall not be liable for
indirect, consequential, or special damages.
Article 12. Indemnification
If a User causes damage to the Company or third parties by
violating these Terms or related laws, the User shall indemnify
such damages.
Article 13. Dispute Resolution
13.1 Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with
the laws of the Republic of Korea.
13.2 Jurisdiction
Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be
subject to the jurisdiction of the competent court according to
the Civil Procedure Act.
13.3 Alternative Dispute Resolution
The Company and Users may resolve disputes through consultation or
alternative dispute resolution methods before resorting to
litigation.
Article 14. Miscellaneous
14.1 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable,
the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
14.2 Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the Company
and Users regarding the Service.
